There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms, but the staff readily provides hot water upon request.

The hotel had a good room rate and was quite central to the city, which made it easy to get around. the staff were courteous and always ready to help with any requests. the room and the facilities were clean and well-maintained which made for a comfortable stay.
The room was lacking a coffee maker or water heater, which made mornings a little bit more difficult as we had to run out to grab a hot drink. the walls were quite thin and it was hard to get a good night's sleep due to outside noises and other guests coming and going throughout the night.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially considering we didn't speak the language. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The facilities were comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The lack of tea or coffee making facilities in the room. However, when we asked for hot water, it was promptly provided without hesitation.
